The Master Pak for PlayStation 4 includes a Dual Charging Dock, Over-earHeadset, Silicon Controller Grip Cover, 8 Silicon Caps, and a 3ftCharging Cable.

The Over-Ear Headset allows the user to hear both game and chat audio throughlight-weight speakers.

The headset features an adjustable, omni-directional microphone with in-linevolume control and a 3.5mm audio jack that easily plugs into the DualShock™and other 3.5mm compatible devices.

The Dual Charging Dock can charge 2 controllers simultaneously via includedcable which can utilize any USB port for quick and effortless dual charging.

The Silicone Controller Grip Cover and Thumb Caps provide a professionalgamer experience and allows users to maintain a solid grip on the controller andthumbsticks.

The 4 large and 4 small Silicone Thumb Caps allow the user to customize thecontroller to fit their hands more comfortably than with the stockcontroller alone.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.

Delivery Times

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand at present and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.
