Hall sensors are sensitive to temperature variations, resulting in potentialsignificant changes to the magnetic field of the keyboard during transportation,influenced by temperature and environmental shifts (imagine shipping fromCalifornia to Maine).

To optimize your typing experience, we recommend promptly upgrading to thelatest firmware upon receiving the keyboard. Additionally, manually calibratethe keyboard through ‘Main – Custom Actuation – Start Calibration’ bygently pressing every key.

Note: The keyboard auto-calibrates every second. Manual calibration is onlyneeded initially and after resets or updates.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $56-$118 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
