Create your own Hobbit as you set forth in Bywater. Though not yetestablished as an official village in Hobbiton, play a part in helping thequaint town flourish. Greet comfort at the door as you decorate your own Hobbithole, tend to your garden, fish at the clear ponds, forage wild fruits andherbs, or trade with townsfolks. Prepare homemade meals to share with fellowHobbits and foster relationships.

With much to see and lots more to eat, enjoy days of splendor in thepicturesque forests, lakes, and pastures. Unwind in the place where what mattersmost are all the little things. Help bring the community together to achievevillage status in Bywater. Experience delight in Tales of the Shire: A The Lordof the Rings Game.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $56-$118 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.

Delivery Times

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.
