• High-Speed Printing

The K1 nozzle kit has a high thermal conductivity of copper alloy, whichrequires a high flow rate for high-speed printing. The thermal conductivity ofcopper alloy is as high as 330W/m·k, ensuring that the nozzle is heated moreevenly. The volume is enlarged, supporting a high-speed printing speed of600mm/s.

• Wear-resistant Heat-resistant

Hardened steel is heat resistant up to 450°C, and can be used with variousfilaments for printing. The hardened steel adopts an advanced heat treatmentprocess, and the Mohs scale hardness reaches 7.8, which has better corrosionresistance and extends the service life of the high-speed printing nozzles.

• Smooth Feeding

The surface of the nozzle is coated with a nickel plating layer, whichgreatly reduces the adhesion of consumables to the nozzle while ensuring smoothwire discharge. Inner hole roughness<0.4, achieving smooth extrusion of theinner wall. The orifice is fine to perfection. The nozzle is tightly attached tothe contact surface, without material leakage!

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $56-$118 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
