• Efficient B100 Battery Charging: Using a 45W charger, the B100 batteryreaches 80% or more in about 1.5 hours. With an 18W charger, it takes 4–5hours. For optimal performance and faster charging times, we recommend using a45W charger – it significantly reduces waiting time. This can be yourexisting 45W charger if you have one, or you can purchase one separately.
• Flexible Setup: USB-C port supports PD chargers of 18W and above (45W orhigher recommended for faster charging).

Key Considerations:

• Use brand-name, certified chargers to avoid repeated restarts and ensuresafety.
• Cable matters:

Recommended: Use the high-power charging cable that comes with D3.
Avoid long (>1m), low-quality cables, adapters, or extension cords.

• For multi-port chargers, check individual port output or shared powerallocation.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $56-$118 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.

Delivery Times

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.
