Astro A40 TR Mod Kit (Blue) - PS4

Adapt the ASTRO A40 TR headset to any environment by adding an ASTRO A40 Mod Kit. For loud environments such as pro tournaments, one can transform the A40 TR to a closed-back noise-isolating headset with sealed speaker tags, synthetic leather ear cushions and headband, and a voice-isolating microphone.

Please note: A40 TR Mod Kits are only compatible with A40 TR Headsets and not any other headsets.

Features:

• The closed-back speaker tags are one important element required to transform the open-back A40TR headset into a closed-back noise isolating headset.
• For tournament play you want a microphone that will not pick up the noise of the crowd or the shout casters. This A40TR Mod Kit microphone does the trick.
• The majority of sound leakage in a headset occurs through the ear cushions. These synthetic leather cushions block that noise in loud environments like tournaments.
• Nobody wants to look like everybody else – add a little splash of color or sport your favorite game’s logo.
• Only A40TR owners can utilize Mod Kits to improve the noise isolating features of their headsets.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.

Delivery Times

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand at present and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.
