All 3Doodler plastic strands are made from the highest quality materials, atfactories in the US, UK and Spain, and they have all been subjected to thestrictest standards of safety testing. This includes passing RoHS testing,Toxicological Risk Assessments, LHAMA compliance testing, and heavy metaltesting by labs including Intertek and Bureau Vertias (two of the world's mostreputable testing labs).

Eco-plastics are low-heat, BPA-free and non-toxic strands that arebiodegradable in a household compost and completely safe for kids. Safe toDoodle on almost any surface, the material can be easily removed, though willadhere firmly to some clear plastics. Each strand of material extrudes up to6 times the original length. One six-inch strand can produce over 35 inches ofDoodles.

Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $6 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $56-$118 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.

Delivery Times

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.
